Location and connections

Riihimäki is situated on the main railway line at the junction of the Helsinki-Hämeenlinna motorway (E12) and the Forssa-Lahti trunk road (54). The distance to both Helsinki and Forssa is almost 70, to Lahti 60 and to Hämeenlinna 30 kilometres.

The fairgrounds in the Riihimäki Sports Park (Urheilupuisto), address Pohjolankatu 6-8, are located in the center of Riihimäki Town.

International Sportsmen´s Fair is easy to reach by train or car. Express trains and almost all IC trains from Helsinki stop at Riihimäki. Coming from Helsinki you also have the option of commuter trains leaving twice an hour. Express buses stop either downtown or at a bus stop by the motorway.

The distance from the Riihimäki railway station to the fair grounds is about 600 meters. On foot or by non-stop bus you'll reach the fair sooner than ever.
